30 FOR 30 CHALLENGE

30 minutes of activity, every day, for 30 days 

This challenge is all about building habits that support an active lifestyle, improve your health and mood, and get you feeling your best.

 

The program includes 3 strength workouts a week (upper body, lower body, total body) and one bodyweight workout. Dumbbells are used in the strength workouts. The workouts will be added weekly.

 

The other days are up to you to choose how you move for those 30 minutes. For most, this will be treated as a "rest day", so the activity will be light/easy. I love taking it outside and going for a walk. Other days, you may want to go for a run, bike, swim, take a pilates class, etc. The beauty of this program is that it's completely customizable to your schedule and fitness level.

 

The workouts are easy to follow from your smart phone, ipad, or computer. You can do them at home, at the gym, at the park, or wherever you choose. You'll have access to the videos for 6 months, so you can work back through the workouts at your leisure. Join now! Let's get moving!
